Here’s a real quick update – there is some more information on the house at Dunsborough, Western Australia – look a the bottom of the linked  page.

Warwick Rowell also gave me his detailed thoughts on positioning of solar panels and the specifications of his current solar PV system.  Interesting stuff, and surprisingly difficult.

Here in the US things are much the same – some progress, but very slow progress.  The gridlock situation in national politics does not promise any breakthrough in energy related legislation.
