{"id":569,"date":"2010-06-25T14:08:53","date_gmt":"2010-06-25T18:08:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/energyrealist.com\/?p=569"},"modified":"2010-06-25T14:08:53","modified_gmt":"2010-06-25T18:08:53","slug":"nj-program-running-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/energyrealist.com\/?p=569","title":{"rendered":"NJ program running again"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here is the news on the NJ &#8220;Home Performance with Energy Star&#8221; program.<\/p>\n<p>The good news &#8211; it is starting again.\u00a0 Not so good &#8211; there will be limited funding and I expect there will be a rush to get applications in at the beginning of each funding cycle.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.njcleanenergy.com\/residential\/home\/home\">From the site<\/a>: &#8220;Per the Board Order dated June 21, 2010, the <em>Home Performance  with ENERGY STAR<\/em> program will develop funding cycles to ensure  sufficient funds are available until the end of the year.\u00a0 Funding  cycles&#8217; implementation dates and their respective amounts will be  published on this website by July 21, 2010 or sooner.\u00a0 The first funding  cycle will open no later than 7 days after the posting.\u00a0 Effective on  the opening date of the funding cycle, contractors will be limited to  submitting no more than five projects per business day.<\/p>\n<p>Additional changes to the program are detailed below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For projects with estimated total energy savings between 5% and 25%,  maximum cash rebate will be reduced from $2,000 to $1,300 or low  interest loan at 5.99%.<\/li>\n<li>For projects with estimated total energy savings of 25% or more,  maximum cash rebate will be reduced from $5,000 to $3,000 and a 0%  interest loan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Incentive levels for projects submitted on or before May 7th that  have been deemed complete are eligible for incentive levels available at  the time the projects were submitted.<\/p>\n<p>Submitted projects pending loan documents will be granted a grace  period of 30 days from the received date.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NJ&#8217;s incentive program is restarting, but sounds like funds will be limited<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-569","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/energyrealist.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/569","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/energyrealist.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/energyrealist.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/energyrealist.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/energyrealist.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=569"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/energyrealist.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/569\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":570,"href":"https:\/\/energyrealist.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/569\/revisions\/570"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/energyrealist.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=569"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/energyrealist.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=569"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/energyrealist.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=569"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
